I’ve finally found an area where I have regular visits from the local Red Kites. Patience is key and the reward is this beautiful individual happily perched for me in stunning early evening light.

A few shots of a stunning and very healthy looking red fox taken in the reed beds at the London WWT Wetlands centre. As you can see from one of the shots, the fox was feeding on what looked like a very large black bird but due to the reed beds the bird was difficult to ID.
