Flowers in Macro

Here are a few shots of various flowers taken with my Tamron 90mm macro lens.  Not being a purveyor of flowers, although I do occasionally purchase, my partner has confirmed that the line up includes a lily, gerbera, tulip, alstroemeria and chrysanthemum.  The minute details and colours not normally seen with the naked eye provide very interesting shots indeed.

Common Caterpillar

Here are a few shots of what I understand is a common caterpillar taken with my somewhat underused Tamron 90mm macro lens.   An insect not often seen in my garden, it turned up late one evening so I grabbed the opportunity before it disappeared.
