We were saddened to hear of the earthquake that caused terrible damage in Norcia on 30 Oct 16. We were fortunate enough to visit Norcia to attend a friend’s wedding almost 5 years ago to the day, a visit that can only be described as unforgettable. Completely enclosed within high walls, the town stamped its mark of tradition, culture and warmth on us almost immediately, and we fervently hope that the town regains it’s former beauty and charm.
