Here are a few shots of two juvenile great spotted woodpeckers who are currently regular visitors to my garden. Its fantastic to get close up views of these striking and colourful birds.

Thanks Tieme, they have been regularly visiting for the past few weeks which has been a thrill. Not surprisingly, they have taken up most of my spare time. Lots of patience with an added bit of luck I guess.
