I came across this little chap during a visit to Marlow in South Buckinghamshire. A breathtakingly sculpted and dramatically coloured duck who certainly caused quite a stir amongst the locals and visitors alike.

They are such exotic looking ducks for England. I first saw one in Richmond Park. Great photos btw!

Thanks again Heyjude. Having searched high and low for a Mandarin I eventually came across this little beauty on the River Thames in Marlow. They are stunning looking and agree that such a colourful duck is not what you would typically expect to find on these shores.
