I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Isle of Skye for the very first time. Staying for six days in Ardvasar at it’s southern end, I managed to cover most of the Island apart from the Waternish peninsula. This will have to wait for my next trip which is most certainly guaranteed. The Isle of Skye is a simply breathtaking with dramatic scenery around every corner. The weather was typically Scottish – numerous showers with the odd burst of very welcome sunshine. My camera had a particularly busy time; having reviewed many gigabytes of photographs I have had to categorise my photographs and they will be spread over a number of posts which will follow in due course. However, for the time being enjoy Neist and one of my favourite places ‘The Old man of Storr’
