London Whipsnade Zoo

A day off with the forecast of good weather at long last, was I dreaming?  Apparently not. Consequently, a trip to Whipsnade seemed like an opportunity too good to be missed.  Okay, admittedly it was 2 for 1 entry, but hey ho I’m not proud.  Bright sunny weather makes for easier photography that is of course if the animals want to come out to play!  As you will see, my 300mm lens was used intensively in order to get in as close as possible.  My favourites were the big cats particularly the Cheetah and if I counted correctly 7 cubs.  All of which will be included in my next post.  As always, enjoy.
